Aric V. Geda is a Senior Engineer for BOLAS Engineering with 30 years of
broad-based experience in the consulting engineering fields, including
Construction Engineering & Management, Project Management,
Environmental Consulting, Property Condition Assessments, Building
Envelope Assessments, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering,
Special Inspections and Materials Testing.
Aric’s success can be attributed to his ability to motivate staff and in
building relationships with clients through value engineering, personal
attention to project management, seizing control of the critical problem
areas, and delivering on customer commitments. He is customer-focused
and performance-driven with demonstrated effective critical thinking,
decision making, and problem-solving skills.
As a Master Property Condition Assessor, Special Inspector, and former
licensed builder, Aric is experienced in all phases of construction including
concrete, wood, steel, and masonry construction; fireproofing, roofing,
electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations; in addition to metal, PVC, and
HDPE welding.
